Mr JC Edwards rescued us from the Eagles concert Saturday night. No taxis were around and hundreds of people’s were stranded. Thanks JC!

Based on a referral from a friend, we have used Florida Towncar Service on our last two trips to Orlando. This past trip included 3 rides, including a transfer mid-trip from one hotel to another on a holiday! I can't say enough nice things about the drivers.. Leroy, Michael, Robert, and JC were all professional, on time, and friendly. We will use again, as well as, recommend to others. Its nice not to worry, feel comfortable, and save a lot of time when avoiding shuttles or multi-family transportation!

This was our first time with Florida Towncar en route Universal . JC was waiting before we arrived and patiently waited with us for our delayed luggage. He then picked us again at the agreed time on our return. The service was very warm and human and the price is pretty reasonable. This is the ride and service you want to have when in Florida, I would definitely recommend and use every time I am there.

This is the second or third time we have used Florida Towncar. This trip JC picked us up at the airport (After an airline delay) drove us to Port Canaveral. Picked us up after out cruise and took us to Disney Springs and then again the next morning to go to the airport. We love the service provided and you cannot beat the rates. Would use them again without reservation.

Perfect! Florida Towncar couldn't have done a better job. Booking was easy and JC is one of those people you rarely meet in life that just makes you smile. Such a good soul. He called us to confirm everything and made us feel at ease knowing he would be there. Personal service, not just an automated e-mail or text really sets this service apart from the rest. JC was there early for both pick-up and drop off, managed to fit all our luggage in the towncar, and he didn't make us feel rushed during the 15 minute grocery stop. Just a nice, friendly guy who exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The price was very reasonable and car was comfortable. We are customers for life and when I say everything was perfect I mean....perfect! Thank you so much for starting and ending our vacation on such a positive note.

Our flight was delayed but JC stayed at the airport and was there waiting for us when we arrived. Great service. Car was very comfortable and clean. Our driver was also on time for pickup back to the airport. This was our first time, will never go back to a shuttle again. There’s nothing like direct transportation after a day of travelling with the kids.

Florida Town Car and J.C. are the best. I've used them for years. Ultra reliable. In January, FTC (J.C.) picked us up at the airport and took us to Cocoa Beach where we left on a cruise. My wife broke her leg in Jamaica. I brought my daughters back to Florida while my wife was in the hospital. J.C. helped us in our hour of need. Not only with the trip back to Orlando. But he stayed to wait while I made some arrangements and got me to the airport so I could rush back to Jamaica. Upon my return with my wife, they were there to take care of whatever we needed.
