This was our first time using this service and we were very impressed with the outstanding service. We used it for round trip travel to and from the airport and for round trip travel from our Disney resort to Universal studios. How nice to have someone else do the driving! We had heard from the Birnbaum guide book that taxi service was sometimes unscrupulous. We found with this town car service that they charged a flat rate...no extra fees from traffic jams or tolls.No taking the long way around to run up the meter. They were prompt, the cars were clean and comfortable, and they were flexible in handling a change in our schedule. We recommend them and would use them again when traveling to Orlando.

We used Florida Towncar Service for the 2nd time our most recent trip to Disney . From seeing Tony with our family name on a sign at the airport to being dropped off to head home , we received the upmost professional service !! When we arrived at the airport to depart , the curbside check - in must of been 100 people long ( no kidding ) Tony worked his magic and we bypassed everyone , saving us at least an hour or more . Planning my familys first trip to Disney was a bit overwhelming at times. We needed someone reliable to meet us at the airport for our late arriving flight. After looking at several companies, I found Florida Towncar Service. After reading the reviews, I made the decision to book with them. And it was a great decision! JC was friendly and entertaining. He was waiting for us at the baggage claim when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and arrived back at our resort at the set time to take us back to the airport. It was the least stressful part of our trip planning! We will certainly be using JC and Florida Towncar Service when we return to Disney.
