We have used Florida Towncar for more than four or five years now. JC and Tony have been wonderful to work with they are always courteous and prompt. The cars are well cared for and their pride in customer service shows. There is never, ever, any hidden fees or surprises. Best service in the area!

I was pleasantly surprised to see Michael arrive at the airport with such a clean and comfortable vehicle. Michael was very courteous and professional, and during my 20 minute ride with him, I found that we had quite a bit in common. On my return trip to the airport 2 days later I had finished my business early and called Michael on the off chance he could pick me up early. He was there within 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the service that Florida Town Car provided and will us e them again in the future.

Tony and JC were fantastic drivers! They were very prompt in picking up my family and taking us back to the airport. They were very efficient and very respectful. We were like home away from home. Jc called us personality to confirm our reservation on several times before our vacation. He met us at the airport and was very friendly . He stopped at a store that we were talking about and offered to stop without having to ask . He contacted us again the morning of our cruise to let us know that our driver was on the way. Also on the morning our cruise got back into port he called to let us know that he was already on the way instead of having us wait yo call him when we got off ship. We will definitely us this service next time we travel yo florida. It is great knowing that he has a great service it is a worry on trying to figure out how to get from the airport to anywhere in Florida but when you have a great service that JC has it takes some of the worry away. This will be the service we will use for as long as it is in business.

On 3/18 JC picked my daughter and myself up at a Disney resort and took us to Universal Studios for a day trip. This being our first time to Universal we had no idea where to go and what to do. When we arrived at Universal JC explained step by step where we needed to go to get in and where are driver Tony would be when we were ready to leave. JC and Tony both made this transition PERFECT! You can not go wrong with Florida Town Car!!!!!

Above and beyond does not begin to describe the effort that JC made to make me feel comfortable about sending him to pick my daughter up and transfer her between cities in Florida. Making arrangements from thousands of miles away and having had some worrisome prior experiences, I was a pretty challenging potential client. Thank goodness I happened upon such a true gentleman at Florida Towncar Service. Rather than taking offense at my questions about security JC quickly offered photos of himself, his car and his license plate along with his business history, endorsement as a preferred carrier for Disney, and the history of comments on this guestbook page. Upon arrival for pick up he took pictures and had my daughter call me. Then he did the same again when he delivered her safely to her destination. I am grateful for all of his TLC and I am very pleased to be able to share my appreciation with other potential customers via this page!

We used Florida Towncar roundtrip from airport to Disney and then for a day trip to Universal. Leroy was our very capable driver. It is so nice to know that you are well taken care of! I plan to ask for Leroy again in November when we return to Orlando for a visit!
