J.C. picks up each year when we return to Orlando. All of his drivers are so kind and respectful. Great that you take us to the grocery store to stock up before delivering us to Disney World. Thank you.

We used Florida TownCar Service for the duration of our stay in Orlando instead of renting a car. It was the best decision we could have made. Our driver Tony was amazing. He was always punctual and pleasant to be around. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful. Tony's assistance helped make our trip as special as it was. I would highly reccommend this company to others, especially our driver Tony. We hope to return to Orlando next year and will definitely call Florida TownCar Service again. JC and Florida Towncar Service are the BEST. We arrived in Orlando 1 am, 1.5 hr late, to a smiling JC who greeted us, grabbed the luggage, and drove an hour to Pt Canaveral. We arrived at the hotel and 2 am . On the return from our cruise a week later, we received a call from JC @8;30 reassuring us he was at the pier and waiting - we expected to be off the ship at 930 am. We exited the ship and customs 1.5 hrs later - 11 am. Again, we were met by a smiling JC who assured us it was no problem, all part of the job and a pleasure to return us to Orlando airport. We paid what we were quoted - no additional wait time - no hidden charges - exactly what we were quoted, not a penny more! Another service would have tacked on 3 hour wait time round trip! At 2 Am, I called Florida Town car and JC answered the phone. NO OTHER CAR COMPANY ANSWERS THIS LATE AT NIGHT. OMG, JC is the NICEST man ever! I felt like I've known him for a long time. Anyway he gave me the BEST DEAL ever on a town car return trip from the airport ot my hotel and back. If traveling with a few people, this is the best way to go as it can come out cheaper than a shuttle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLORIDA TOWN CAR! 5****** ALL THE WAY. Give them a call and see for yourself.

Had a wonderful experience with Florida Towncar to and from the Dolphin at Disney Resorts....they are prompt and courteous, and I highly recommend our driver Tony...he's the best! We had a wonderful experience using Florida Towncar service on our trip! After being abandoned at pick-up time with another service a few years back, we had some worries about using such a service again. However, owner JC and your wonderful and polite driver Ken reassured us that we could depend on Florida Towncar, and came through on everything promised. We highly recommend Ken as a driver for anyone who has an early morning flight! Next time we need Towncar service, we will call Florida Towncar, and also recommend it to others.
